Okay so I've done a bit of research lately on brakes and thought I might share some of the info I've come across. This seems like the thread to do it in. So as far as I can tell these are the relevant part numbers:
OEM rear drums - MB895470 (not 100% confident of this, but maybe 95% - pretty sure...
) I kind of read the part number off a photo on an L200 site in the UK so it's not the most authoritative source... If you google the number though it brings up stuff that suggests it's a match.
If the above is correct then the specs are:
Height : 93.2 mm
Inner Brake Drum Height : 75.8 mm
Diameter : 330.6 mm
Drum Diameter : 270 mm
Center Diameter : 108 mm
Pitch Circle Diameter : 139.7 mm

I think RDA may make a replacement drum too but I'm struggling to find that part number. I've left it empty above with a view to filling it in if I ever come across it.
