HPR5 - Using oil

I have used Penrite HPR5 for the last 7000kms and i have noticed that my triton - 3.2td has used about a quarter of it? Now all cars do use some oil but im just surprised it has used a quarter wwithin 7000kms? Anyone else noticed..maybe its to thin for the 3.2. :?

Oh and all i have been doing is everyday driving?

mines using 250ml, between 7500klm oil changes is that too much :x

I've done just over 2ooo k's with HPR5 and haven't noticed any oil use???
Only early days yet I suppose..
Penrite rep assures me its not too thin??
If its worth doin' its worth doin' right !
