Thank you for that. GINMF. ;) I was pretty sure I had checked before but now I do get the entry at NLA, from which the part number is as you posted. Oh well, maybe I was not paying enough attention to the results before.

Hey all, sorry to open an old topic, but I've searched and looked for ages and can't find any resolution on this.
Did we end up getting an MN manual available for download? I've found the ML rapidshares and an old L200, but an MN workshop manual escapes me.

Ironbark I am not aware of a working downloadable copy.

The original workshop CD is copy protected so that when I made a backup for my own personal use it refused to work without the original CD in the drive.

Also thus far I can only get it to work without the CD on an XP machine. I've tried to follow their chinglish instructions for a Vista/Windows 7 install on several occasions but have failed each time

If you ever need something simple and specific let me know and I'll see if I can dig it up for you. There are usually PDFs of most of the diagrams and so on so they're not too hard to email across when needed.

Thanks Cowboy Dave. These things are never easy. :( Owning an IT business, finding an XP isn't a prob for me (we keep virtual machines for regression testing). I'm going to have a play with the radio steering wheel controls and try to get it working on an aftermarket radio. So I'm just after the pinouts of the second plug that goes into the stock radio (MN GLX-R). It's the rectangular plug, I think two rows of seven pins (it contains the mute wire from the bluetooth handsfree). So a PDF of this plug would be fantastic if at all possible. :D

My office is in Penrith, and I seem to remember you're up the hill from me, so if you ever want to catch up or have a crack at that CD let me know.

I bought one from another ebay site for $10.

Hmmm it applied to the Thai release versions and all diesel engines, no petrol, so it is no good to me.

I'm guessing the Great Britain version would be probably different again as i don't think they are made in Thailand like ours.

If you want the CD I bought pm me address and it is yours, as I said no good to me....

Actually I just thought of an idea
On the CD is one large pdf file, no copywrite so if you guys want just copy it and send it on......

I am not sure how applicable it is though given it is all Thai release Tritons, but the electrics are similar and the body, gearboxes etc....

I bought one off ebay recently for $10.00 delivered. Don't do it!

Sure it has a a bit of stuff on it, but there are whole sections missing (stuff like valve clearance adjustment etc).

A lot of info on internal trim etc though.

Best get a genuine one at rip off prices.

^^ Too true, at least it is all there, I checked my cd and yes there is a lot missing.

I am specifically after the ECU pin configuration and there is nothing on the CD about the ECU

Around the $200 for the genuine disc from the dealers.......

Yeah. $200 is a sting but even at that price it would pay to have one.

The usual scenario applies - if it is really cheap there is usually a good reason for it unfortunately.

Lat time I asked, the dealer (Nepean Motors) wanted around $800 for one - I would happily pay $200 for a proper manual for my 2010 MN.

The genuine item is copy protected. Copies will not run properly - this has been stated before (in this thread IIRC).

The eBay cheapies I gather are incomplete.

There are ways and methods around most "copy protection", if anyone in Perth has a genuine CD I'd be happy to have a crack at making a functioning copy.
