i did all the fluids, from washer bottle water (yes i did), flush of power steering fluid, clutch fluid, brake fluid, coolant, motor oil, front diff, transfer case, manual gearbox, rear diff, emptied out and cleaned diesel tank, new front brake pads, air filter clean and re oil, new oil filter, new diesel filter for under $300.
after taking the car to the stealers for the manifold replacement and seeing the shit they left on my lower manifold that obviously came out of the old upper manifold, and the missing vaccuum pipe nipple they forgot to replace, im glad i didnt get them to do the service and/or the valve clearances.
they tried to upsell me the valve clearnce work whilst the manifold was being replaced and wanted to charge me $400 labour and $150 for gaskets and seals. that was the second time in 2 mins that the bloke was told to shove it up his >>>>. lucky he caught me on a good day
bloke wouldnt look at me when i went to pick it up. the look on his face when i walked back in asking for my missing parts was worth the 20min wait to be served in the first place.
