You better not leave it unattended at Fraser this year or you may come back to a red triton with exactly the same canopy on the back, how strange you say to yourself I thought it was a one off...

Yeah mate, had to drop the fridge to the bottom level because of its size so one big drawer instead of 2 small useless ones.I just wish they could make the tub a bit squarer alot of cutting templates for a good fit on the top lids.

Fraser is my selfish holiday, I never go with more than 2 people or find it hard to fit in the 16 hours of fishing a day, Well I'll be able to give you a trip report before you go, hopefully with the dewy's locations 8-)

Came up with this bench idea using left over ply from my drawer build, seems to work OK ;)
Cut down some adjustable tent poles for the legs

Made some wind walls they slip over the tent pole ends and some steel dowell along the back

The drawer when finished properly will come right out to the table for easy access to the tucker

All stacks away under the drawer :D

Looking good! Can't quite see from the photos - do you have a latch or lock or something to keep the drawer closed, or does it pretty much stop against the inside of the tailgate?

Oldie i am making and alluminium draw with the leftovers from my canopy build,i am not having rollers, i dont see the need as it is supported by the tail gate when pulled out. It should stay put during normal wheeling, but as you said it can only go as far as the tail gate,if it becomes a problem i will put a locking mechanism of some sort on it.
Oh so i thought of your idea did i Dan,sorry about that :? Ha ha ha, looking foward to seeing your idea bench build
