Marco the bolts you want are M8 about 30 or 35mm long. They have them in the little red champion brand packs on hangers at Supercheap, Repco etc or else Bunnings - Bunnings over at Mascot is open til 9 every weeknight. Might be the same over at Botany too. Plenty of options. Some have even gone with a stainless button head with a hex key rather than a normal bolt in an attempt to have a smoother surface for sliding over obstacles.

If all else fails I have a couple of spares.

Marco
I also have a box of M8 stainless bolts by 25mm which I find are plenty long enough
If you want to call around I'll give you a handfull with flat washers
all you have to do is get some spring washers so they don't shake loose

Marco lives a bit closer to me than you Mooons. Any other spares on offer? I might be missing something in my kit

My Triton goes in for warranty work next week. Suspect I'll spend the weekend emptying spares and tools and what have you from the rear drawers. How did I end up with 3 CVs in there? And enough recovery straps and chains and what have you to reach from my place to Geek's office.... No wonder my fuel economy has gone to crap. Might have to take a hammer and chisel underneath too - somehow I've ended up with a layer of mud over most of the undercarriage

I had a bit of trouble with mine but eventually they all went in. I found that if you don't tighten them up until you have them all in it is much easier. Just enough to hold the thread and move to the next one. Then come back and tighten them all up.
Keen to get amongst it!!

I have the ARB plates which only cost me 430 for the 4 plates and I have had no real issues with the strength of them. I don't know who give you the price of 630 but they where certainly not looking after you!!

Keep in mind that in another post on this subject Spinner said he had a mate there so we may be talking mate's rates that you won't be able to access.

Normal retail price was 550 or something, that was for the four plates.
