Help - bullbars which fully replace the front bumper

Postby GLX58 on Sat Dec 08, 2018 8:53 am

Gday. Im looking for a bullbar that fully replaces the front bumper. My MN triton is accident damaged and insurance will pay me out the front bumper, nudge bar etc which can then be replaced with a bullbar.

To be cost/repair effective though, the bar needs to act as a full bumper replacement. Most bars seem to still need the top of the bumper present. I've seen the rhino bars, but overall those tick too many no boxes of frontal prorection, looks and price.

Any ideas guys?

From my understanding, there are no full bumper replacement bullbars available for the ML/MN models.
There is always a bumper cut involved.

Yep I believe you're right sadly. There allegedly may have been 1-2 back in the day but alot dropped full support of the MN when the MQ came out (as happens). Even the rhino bar needs parts of the front bumper apparently.

A brand new certified aftermarket bar cover can be had for $270RRP or genuine $370.

Cough the $300. It's the cheapest bullbar you'll ever get.
Chris

If work is so terrific, why do they have to pay us to do it?
