The tail lights (and the turn indicators) do work - it is only the stop/brake lights which do not work.
The ECU has +12v connected to it so the supply fuse is OK too
My ECU doesn't have any relays - it is all solid state - I opened it up last night.
I have continuity of all wires from ECU to trailer socket.
At the input side of the ECU, I have
Left turn
Right turn
Tail / park
There is no brake/stop signal going into the ECU
Next step is to try and trace the stop/brake light wire back to the terminal blocks in the passenger footwell
Does anyone know which of the 5 connecting blocks in this location has the stop/brake wire? A circuit diagram would certainly help
Cheers
Bill
