I'm sure others can chime in, but I just put 265/75/16. Prior to the change, the speedo reads 110kph compared to gps speed of 101kph.
With the change, speedo reads 110kph and gps speed of 109kph. Pretty much perfect all the way through!
In terms of fuel, I'm still working it out properly, but it hasn't been massive. With the original tyres it showed I travelled pretty much same kms on dash as I did to the gps. Within 1-2km per 100.
Now after the tyres, the gps showed I'd travelled 71.5km to work, and the dash showed I'd only travelled 66.6. Difference of 5.1km.
Previously, I would use about 10-11ltrs/100km averaging around 650-700km per tank.
Now, I get around 600 before dash light flashes, and still have 10ltrs left in tank.
Once I add the difference of the 50km to the actual distance travelled it's pretty much the same!
Hioe this helps some what, it's pretty much similar, and better than I'd expected to be honest. The biggest change is the gear choice on Hills. That's noticeable more than anything, but I dropping it back is no issue and doesn't seem to impact on the fuel much for me! This is my experiance anyways!
