Head unit lock while driving

Hi All,
Not sure if this is a common issue or even an issue, but in the last week or so, my head unit touch screen has started locking whilst driving, so I can''t change radio stations or change to android auto if the radio loses reception. I know I can use steering wheel control but it's limited to what it can do. Anyone have same problem and a solution to this? Even passenger can't change functions on the radio while driving.

Refer to dealer mate. There have been issues with touchscreens locking up, sometimes a software update fixes it, other times it needs replacing.

I believe it to be a glitch in the matrix, was all good this afternoon. If it keeps happening I'll take back to the dealer.

One of the issues is caused by excessive static charge in the operator. But the software update fixes this too...i'm meaning the radio, not an update to your matrix software
