Triton GLX-R 2015 Antenna replacement

[my glxr triton]

Hi All
How hard is it to remove the oringial roof mounted antenna and replace with a shark fin type
Has anyone in this group do this ?
Have we got any pictures of how its done accessing the roof antenna
