Brake lights not working

Hi guys
Need some advise, all of a sudden my brakes light don’t work.
Tail lights work , when I press my tow pro button the brake lights work but when I press the pedal nothing happens.
I also have no electric brakes unless I press the tow pro button. I’ve replaced the brake light pedal switch with a new factory one and still nothing. Anyone with advice would be greatly appreciated. I have a 2017 MQ GLS auto

Not having a wiring diagram handy, I'd start by checking where the Tow pro connects. The regular wiring to the pedal switch may have been damaged/ disturbed here. If you can ID this spot, use a metre to check wires between pedal switch and here. Should be a simple problem.
