It was a bit time consuming as the prep work had to be right .
First off it had to be rubbed down using 320grit discs, then a good degrease with panel wipe .
Then I applied 3 coats of high build plastic primer and after it cured rubbed down again with 320grit discs .
We repeated this about 4 times until all the small pin holes and texture were filled and smoothed .
Then it was just a case of painting as normal .
The prep work can make or break a job .

It wasn't too tough .
I did it on my drive after pressing the bushes in ready at my local garage .
I'd recommend having someone help though as there's a few fiddly parts .

Have you done something to the engine cover or is the light doing something strange in the catchcan photo?

Seats look flash. Are they aftermarket or do they come out of some other vehicle?

They are aftermarket seats picked up locally for £100 .
The engine cover is sprayed in rust effect paint . It needs redoing though it's shrunk a bit over the last 6months lol

He's matching the engine cover with the cancer in the front suspension.

I've never seen such rusty coils on a rolling rig.

I thought it had a brownish/coppery look to it but have to say rust effect paint is a new one on me.

Certainly a unique looking triton. Top effort.

Tony mentioned after his visit that he thought those stainless mesh grilles are pretty affordable over there. Do you have any ideas on how much?
