Over here the NRMA used to offer a special inspection service you get done before your warranty runs out where they look for every little niggle for you and then document it all so you can take it back to the dealer. Might be good to do the same if there is an equivalent service down there?

How hard is it to do the manifold yourself? Its just something I am thinking about when I get home...

From what ive heard and looked at its not so much hard IF you have the tools and skill. Its more that its a bugger to do with the fuel rail setup and potential for leaks.
