Yes.

You need both, dont do it half arsed and only get one ;)

that's a fair price BTW

I have had mine for a while and rate them as good as any. They cop a beating and hold their shape. I reckon mine have paid for them selves 5 times over in saving the sump and actuator.
Keen to get amongst it!!

I agree with Tim, mine have taken a pounding and saved me a heap of cash. Have gone out and crunched into something and instantly thought thats sounds expensive only to drive on with minimal damage to the bashplate. Mine are due for replacement though after a couple of years faithful service. Have busted one mount off the car and the plates are bent enough to make it impossible to use the other mount.

I would not hesitate to buy them again but a member that sponsers the forum offers a nice pair of plates at a reasonable price ;)

What the others have said is spot on.
I don't know why they list them as two different pieces.
I paid that price a few years ago........so it's a reasonable price......it hasn't gone up at all.
I believe the quality is just as good as others on the market too and would buy them again if I had to. ;)

I have used Buzzy's design for my plates. I used 3mm stainless steel.
Watercut the plate development with a Mitsubishi emblem and a few vent slots and then pressed to dimensions on drawing. I needed to mod a tiny bit.

Thanks Buzzy for your efforts. Makes my truck look tuff!

I got mine from a sheet metal shop in Portland and am very happy with it for $250.00 the 4 rear bolts are recessed so no shearing bolt heads,he will also laser cut anything you want into it for a small few

What was the name of the place? 4mm stainless, or mild steel?

You can buy the bolts at Bunnings or Repco or Supercheap or whatever. They're a standard size and standard thread. Some have gone with high tensile but there are arguments against that too since the bolts end up stronger than the mounts.

Three at front, two in the middle, two at the back.
Seven in total.

my MN only came with 6 bolts to hold he bash plates on, two in front, two in middle, two at rear. and there is no extra captive nuts where a bolt could go.
