Here's the solutions i did to fix my vibration problems with a ironman constant load suspension kit. All my spacers are made from stainless steel except my wedges plates which are mild steel.
5 degree leaf spacer wedges.
15mm talshaft spacer not to fix vibraion but to reduce load on centre bearing rubber.
Wedges fitted.
Tailshaft spacer fitted, machined with front and rear spigots to locate spacer correctly.
Rotated centre bearing as suggested by barraxt.
5mm gearbox and transfercase spacers, Cannot lift any higher due to not enough thread on gearbox mounts.
Ironman suspension kit.
Note tailshaft spacer could be 20mm thick but wanted to keep factory tailshaft bolts so decided on 15mm.
Vibration is fixed at the moment but may change when i lift front end up 20mm to allow for the nose drop with steel bar and winch.
Anyway hope this will help people who may have vibration problems.
Cheers
