As rubber ages it loses some of it's grip and flexibility. Normal for belts a few years old to squeal a bit in sub-zero temperatures. You can tighten a little, which may fix it, put on some belt lube, which will fix it but not forever, or get a new belt fitted, which will also fix it until it too ages and starts to squeal. Common to all cars.
